Rule 84
Notice of Resolution
(1) The proposer of the resolution shall notify the secretary of the resolution he wishes to present. Such a resolution proposal can be discussed in the meeting seven days after it is registered in the secretariat. But the decision given by a minister can be discussed in the meeting after three days.
(2) No member other than the Minister shall give notice of more than three resolutions in one session without taking the permission of the Speaker.
